| 155993 | 2003-06-28 23:39:00 | Here is an interesting thought: What happens if I bounce an e-mail from a friend who in turn bounces the bounce advice back to me which in turn bounces it back to him and so on ad infinitum ? Now I hope I don't start another fad of bouncing blighters. cheers.......heaton |

"Bounces" can be returned to the "postmaster" at the ISP, which limits the iterations but still generates a lot of unwanted traffic. People bounce spam mail thinking they will be taken off the list or marked as not active, but spammers never check for any bounced messages. |

Another good idea is to open a web e-mail account such as hotmail and use that when registering anything on the web, they can spam that to their hearts delight Oh, never click on that link that says " remove me from your mailing List" in spam mail, that only confirms a valid email address. |
