| 156060 | 2003-06-29 04:19:00 | This is starting to annoy me. If I try and open any file (doc, html, etc) by double clicking in windows explorer, it tells me it cant open it and check file path all required libraries are present etc. What would be causing this and more important, how do I remedy it? Cheers Odate |

| 156062 | 2003-06-29 05:35:00 | Oh, Win98. I feel a big crash coming on. It first started just with software602 months ago. Had to completely remove 602 although I could still use it, if I clicked 'save' the PC would lock up. No ctrl- alt- delete or anything. Have to power off. I unloaded & reloaded & unpdated, & downloaded, but it still does it. I miss 602 and are using easyoffice at the moment. Wanted to use Star office off the PCWorld CD, but the beta version has expired and wont open:-( I have checked in the file options that the pathes to opening various files are pointed to the correct application, but win Exp. is not making the link. I have to open an application first, then select the file from that. |
