You need to go into Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services. Scroll down until you see "Cryptographic Services" and right click on it. Select Properties. Under Service Status make sure it says "Started". Under startup type select "Automatic", click apply Apply and then OK.

Then try the download again.

I did what you said and everything is already like you said.

Im having problems at the moment with lost sound - maybe this is all tied up together. ??
