| 156252 | 2003-06-29 23:36:00 | When I open a certain spreedsheet it will open up as 2 identical windows and when i change some info in one window it gets changes in the 2nd window. Is there a setting to stop it opening up 2 windows? |

If its the first one, from the menu select Window-Remove Split. If its the second one then this is strange behaviour that I dont believe is a feature in Excel & would suggest a corrupt workbook or some macro thats creating a second instance of the workbook. |

Will let you know in more detail if need be later this afternoon The ResinMaster |

If you save your spreadsheet with these open windows, the next time you open the sheet it will open with the other windows. You have to close the other windows and then do a save with only one window open if you only want one window open when you open the sheet. Great feature if you need to see different areas of the same sheet without having to scroll. |
