| 1340749 | 2013-05-11 20:44:00 | Hey I hope someone can help me. I'm missing the security centre file on my laptop. Discovered that i obviously had malware software but i'm unable to get it back. I'm not technical in the computer world so previous posts where a bit hard for me to follow. Hoping someone can help me in nice easy steps. I wanted to renew my Norton protection software and thats when i realised there was a problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Lisa |

Also download and install / Run Malware bytes (www.filehippo.com) and Spybot S&D (www.safer-networking.org) - make sure you run Malwarebytes in full scan mode, NOT quick. One of them should detect and remove the malware that can be known as Security Centre disable. You should then have your security centre back. |
