This new DP has requested a Powhiri with all the trimmings and inviting a few 'extras' to the ceremony - please note she, the deputy, is a fully fledged caucasian. This little exercise has cost this cash strapped, decile 1 school, a $1000.00 plus. Fuffny bit is that it seems most teachers and staff are appalled at this but nobody has the gall to say something because it would be culturally offensive...so there goes a wad of money that could have been used for its purpose: Education. | Sanco (683) | ||
