| 1341573 | 2013-06-01 06:40:00 | ok. the thing is because I got this email form Ashampoo showing this trial of Advanced Driver Updater. It showed updates for Chipsets and AHCI controllers. That is why. Also my laptop's harddrive failed completely and I had to get a new one. I then did a clean install of Windows 8 Enterprise. I can't play games like FIFA Manager 13 because I need Hardware Graphics Acceleration. I do have a AMD Radeon 6450 (I think) however I can't get catalyst control center and it doesn't even show up in Device Manager. I have a HP G6-1210TX Please help? :( it's an AMD radeon 7450 | har (16834) | ||

| 1341575 | 2013-06-04 02:56:00 | The switchable graphics can be really tricky to get working & almost impossible to update the drivers. Try uninstalling both the Intel driver & the AMD driver, then perhaps uninstall the HP support framework too for good measure, then download & install the driver from the AMD website. It may just tell you to get the HP branded driver from the HP website, but it is worth a try. |
