| 156461 | 2003-06-30 12:14:00 | When I try and go online I get as far as xtra's home page and then this grey box appears, saying that I'm missing information on your Content Advisor. So I go to Content Advisor but I can't choose "settings" because of a box asking for a password. I've never had a password there at all. Also I can't click on "enable" either nothing happens. I'm running Windows 98, does anyone have any idea what's going on. Thanks |

This behavior can occur if the Ratings.pol file is damaged or corrupted, or if there is another Ratings.pol file located in the C:\Windows folder. To resolve this issue, create a new Ratings.pol file: 1. Quit Internet Explorer. 2. Check your Windows\System folder to see if a Ratings.pol file exists. Start | Search (or Find) | Files or Folders | type in "ratings.pol" NOTE : You must be able to view hidden files to view the Ratings.pol file. To view hidden files in My Computer or Windows Explorer, click Folder Options on the View menu in My Computer or Windows Explorer, click the View tab, click Show All Files , and then click OK . If there is a Ratings.pol file, rename it to Ratings.old. |
