These guys are just kidding Nithster, well have u done anything major to ur system before this happened, e.g. reformatted HDD, or other things like that? That could have caused the problem, but being unable to drag and drop, i dont really know much about this kinda stuff, but others will be able to help u out. Sorry.

157010 2003-07-03 10:52:00 Its just suddenly started last week . No major changes have been made , but it is used as a family PC , so some junior Technicians could have been busy . Nithster (4147)

I am only throwing in a suggestion here :) any other ideas is welcome.

If you do not get any more suggestion I suggest you either reload Win 95 (over the top)& See if that helps

If not then you might want to think about upgrading to Win 98 SE Or ME.
