| 157344 | 2003-07-04 03:37:00 | When I try to open links on some net pages such Znet and "downloads digest" I come up with a message to say the operation has been cancelled due to restrictions places on this computer and to please contact the system operator. I assume I am the system operator but if I have placed a restriction on myself it was accidental. Where do i go to change this. My OS is XP home |
