| 157643 | 2003-07-05 05:32:00 | Hi I'm using a gigabyte 7nnxp mobo Two hard drives, each one on a single raid giga raid channel non-raided. When i ghost image from one to the other speeds are around 180 MB/Min which is way low. I have used similar setups with speeds around 500+. Any ideas? |

You are lucky to ever get 500MB/min as my Ultra SCSI 160 Cheetah kit doesn't even come close to this when imaging; -it only rockets when the 32 bit drivers are loaded in XP. | BIFF (1) | ||
| 157646 | 2003-07-07 23:51:00 | I use Ghost all the time and have noticed that when transfering large files the transfer speed can get up to 6-700MB/Min and sometimes more but usually most transfers seem to level off at about 150MB/min. tweak'e don't get too excited. It's MB/min not MB/s! |
