| 157631 | 2003-07-05 03:53:00 | Hi there My NAV 2003 is stopping email access to the xtra server. Error 4002,519. "Norton Antivirus has encountered an internal error" I am running Windows ME with IE 6.0. I have followed the downloaded instuctions from Symantec for fixing this problem but in the sequence for reinstalling M'soft Windows Installer via a Minimum Reboot in DOS the first prompt "cd\windows\system generates the reply "Invalid directory" and subsequent prompts for files get "file not found" Any suggestions for getting around this? |

| 157632 | 2003-07-05 04:05:00 | [pre]cd \windows\system[/b] needs a space after the "cd". The cd is a command, and the "\" starts the argument. If you used a floppy or CD to boot to DOS, you would need to change to the hard drive, with a "C:" command. | Graham L (2) | ||
