Can only access my Norton System suite but have done all the usual reports and repairs and cannot get my start up screen. Any ideasto assist or is it time to call in the big guns......??? |

If no luck there see if you can start in Safe Mode, if so run msconfig and click Startup, untick all programs except Explorer and system tray, then see if Windows will start normally. If it does you can add programs back one by one until hopefully you may one that is causing the problem. |
