Save the picture to your hard drive somewhere easy to find, eg My Pictures. Open Outlook Express, go to Message | New Message Using... | Select Stationery | Create New and follow the Stationery Wizard to create stationery. For the Picture option browse to the picture you saved and choose that, enter the details of position and continue with wizard. You may have to experiment a little bit to get it exactly how you want by creating several instances of the stationery. When finished all you need do is select that stationery item to use as your email. |
