| 159393 | 2003-07-13 15:06:00 | Hi there all My scanner shows up in Control Centre/Imformation/USB Devices but not under Hardware Browser and have no joy with any graphics program. Any help appreciated. After that I just have to get my camera working properly and won't have to touch Windows apart from support. |

| 159394 | 2003-07-14 04:59:00 | Have you got sane installed? That's what connects the scanner to the other software. Try "sane your_scanner's_make_and_model" to google. There's probab;y a www.sane.org/ site, like all the other activities --- otherwise there will be a sourceforge project. Many modern ones are handled, a lot of older ones are. Your camera's interface will depend on how popular a model it is. :D |
