| 159316 | 2003-07-13 04:20:00 | Windows ME, OE v 6.0 Friend switched ISPs from ICONZ to Paradise. Tried to help set up - all ok except refusal to send message. OK receive, OK browse but no e-mail send - "error 450 - can't find domain". Paradise help desk very helpful - checked all parameters and made many tests to & from but NBG. All setup parameters are Ok, Is it poss that a registry entry is stuffed up from the previous from previous ISP setup? Any ideas?? Rgds |

| 159317 | 2003-07-13 04:39:00 | The setup parameters aren't OK. If they were, it would work. :D I suspect that you have the wrong settings for the mail servers. You can probably get a list of all the settings in a page on the Paradise site. Print it and work through it. |

| 159319 | 2003-07-13 05:07:00 | Cause This error is a result of an invalid email address. Solution Go back to the original email address and make sure it is not mis-spelled. Check it is in the correct format with no spaces If the address is correct, it may no longer be valid. |

| 159320 | 2003-07-13 09:08:00 | Thanks Jim Address is correct - it's my own at home (I was trying to help a friend at another site). The Paradise help desk sent me a message to which I simply "Replied" therefore that one at least had to be correct! Woody |
