| 1342828 | 2013-05-24 01:06:00 | Hi Over the past three weeks I have been starting a new chess game with a mate and he never receives it-using Firefox as the ISP. Even as we spoke on Skype at the same time nothing arrived at my mates address. We then started a new game using Internet Explorer and it went straight to him and acted as it should in moving pieces etc. This suggests that somehow FF has some blocking settin in the add-ons How can I delete all those add-ons and get back to normal I know FF has raised eyebrows in the past, most of the time F1 suggested against them and repaired the ISP effie c] |

| 1342829 | 2013-05-24 01:47:00 | Try starting FF in its own safe mode first, this disables all add-ons, extensions etc. Open FF normally - Go to Help ( along the top) click on Restart with Add ons disabled - Safe mode - then try the game. When you close FF it will open normally again as before. |
