| 1341759 | 2013-05-17 23:13:00 | I have just reinstalled Vista on my laptop. Occaisionally a window appears saying that I need to enter my product key but I do not know where to find it. If I do not enter the key Windows will stop working. I do have the product key underneath the laptop. All I need to know is where to enter it. Your help is appreciated. Thanks. |

| 1341760 | 2013-05-17 23:36:00 | Press the windows key+pause to get to the system screen. Its down the bottom. If the key is on the bottom of the laptop it should have activated (if it was pre-installed, or you did a restore). Unless you installed it from a different dvd. If this is the case, you need the key from the dvd case, not from the bottom of the laptop It'll probably stop functioning if you dont activate it within 30 days (or you wont be able to use some functions, until you activate it) |
