My return for work has decreased as there is more pressure to find work(building industry). Fewer people are able to invest in housing as building and compliance costs have risen. Also lets not forget, the government have initiated steps to discourage investing in housing. Only to mention one sector.... :2cents: |

In Europe they are getting wage decreases And when was the last time they built a house in sunny Spain? But don't forget this thread is about Syria (a great place to live) |

It produces Aluminium at the lowest cost of all the worlds smelters. (This is why Tata are going to set up car plants in Saudi to make Land rovers and Jaguars.) This is why places like Ti Wai with old plant and high wages are going to be at risk. |
