The legal system is so soft in sentencing because it wants to ensure continuous work for its members (ie judges and lawyers etc) through repeat offending, same with police, they know if they really applied adequate laws their work would drop markedly. That is, less members required because less workload. Hence the pertaining situation. |

Not only is it hard to find a job these days, but having a (recent) criminal conviction on top of that makes it damn near impossible... NOTE - disagree with me all you want... but I work with the above for a living... |
