I wasn't home when she called to pick it up, but she took my desktop machine away and left her laptop. SWMBO said that friend said it seemed heavier. I think her difficulties in opening it at her home to try and access the keyboard and screen convinced her that all was not 100%. The fact that my unit was black, large, had a window in the side and the usual number of connections she had to remove before she could carry it away did not register.
