I must admit, I'm a bit like that when I wake up too ...

1318035 2012-12-13 05:59:00 Not really a strange error... but it's supposed to be in English!

Somehow I think a few system files were replaced with German versions.. or something. As I recall it actually came right after a month or so, probably after Windows update.

1318039 2012-12-13 07:26:00 The best error messages are the ones accompanied by the statement "This error should never happen" or words to that effect.

Then you know you're really screwed!

1318040 2012-12-13 07:40:00 The best error I've seen was when a friend left a computer to be fixed. I wasn't home when she called to pick it up, but she took my desktop machine away and left her laptop. SWMBO said that friend said it seemed heavier. I think her difficulties in opening it at her home to try and access the keyboard and screen convinced her that all was not 100%. The fact that my unit was black, large, had a window in the side and the usual number of connections she had to remove before she could carry it away did not register. Maybe she was multitasking?
