| 159925 | 2003-07-15 08:16:00 | I installed a new modem today and all went well. Found as a result , in the tray an icon that says: safely remove hardware There is no right mouse click resulting dialogue box on this icon , and I'm told it was put there by XP rather than the modem setup. I want to keep the modem but throw out the icon. I know i can permanently hide it, - junking the icon would be better! Ideas please. Thanks |
