2003-07-19 12:03:00 | Seems jv16 has gone commercial. See <www.macecraft.com | Rod ger (316) | |
2003-07-19 12:18:00 | Yes shame really as a magnificent program for free. Guess it's down to search and try for a replacement. Wonderful thing about the net though, is that the "collective" out there, will fill any void left. Just a matter of time.

2003-07-19 13:18:00 | Argh. To think i VERY nearly downloaded RC2 of 1.4 yesterday. Thought I'd wait a day or two for the full though :( | -=JM=- (16) | |
2003-07-20 03:42:00 | I know. It's a shame really. It was the best program of it's type - and it was free. Oh, well. I'll just stick with v1.3 BTW, the price to buy it is USD$29.95 (about NZD$52). The good thing is, you can download a fully-functional 30 day trial to see what it is like, and then just re-install 1.3 over-top when it runs out. It looks pretty good, but I'm still "on-the-fence" about buying it or finding a way around the trial. :/

2003-07-20 04:48:00 | Interesting.......... If you search a bit with Google you will still find free earlier versions of jv16 power tools and RegCleaner. In fact if you go to www.vtoy.fi that file will still download without you being re-directed to macecraft, even thouigh you may get a message about the page being unavailable ?:|
