but a folder icon and ive checked it AVG and trojan thinged it and it says it has nothing in it and its safe?

had trouble connecting to the net before and had to restart puter for it to connect, and in between this time and now ive got this stupid folder appear?
zone alarm told me about 2 new progs trying to access the net one was a fax thing and explorer? but the explorer settings have not changed? they are fine and i didnt know i had a fax setting so wot is going on?

and can i safely delete this folder?

and mailwasher keeps at least 6 times a night tells me incorrect password and locks up and such, or skipped auto check as not connected crap when i am? and then i occasionally get you have fallen off net reconnect ! but i am still connected? tell me something that i understand for this please why does this happen?

and my puter man is on holiday and still has not come to check it out and only just got insurance ok for work puter so next week before we see that one to.
is this somthing related to all my probs or is this likely to be something new?

i can see a big hammer looming.... and if it does anything silly tonight while doing my assignment its going in the bin...... (listening puter? )

any ideas?

or am i just overeacting and this is an ongoing problem from before?

So it is not the ~ tilde desktop icon associated with the Outlook Express address book problem. You need to be more decriptive of this new icon/folder. Right click on it and see what details are shown under properties. You could always put up a screenshot of this unknown icon/folder. 		Jen C (20)

thats just it properties say it is empty, and its just that folder pic icon no name just says new folder on it, and its in the middle of my screen and i never put things in the middle of my screen !
so i know i didnt do it!

and ive just fallen off the net 2 times in less than 10 mins and had probs getting connected again....
and then its not actually connecting or something cos trillian and mailwasher are refusing to work as they say have no connection ?

and i cant seem to get sals screen shot page to work so at moment screen shot not available?

and everything is againt me and im running out of time to get things fixed or done...

and im lost.....

You can access it, there is no problems with it, ( I can access it ok) it seem like you are having internet problems

I am guessing it will be windows explorer

That happens to me one in a while, I am guessing it will be the mail servers

It is a funny one, what happened is that your ISP has drop you (for some reason or another) & your computer is a bit slow :D to finger out that they have drop you .

I cant rember the exact reason why this happens, But it is depends on the ISP & other factors ( I think)

Maybe because your are stressed :)

Have you looked inside it to see whats in it? If nothing important, just delete it . 		PoWa (203)

and things sometimes things dont always sound the same as wot they actually are.
but yes that is what has happened here. did a properties check and nothing is in it.

and Neil have you done anything different to get it ? as i have not used my puter online that much today it really astounded me that it was there and i did all the correct checks and have not opened it at all....

so have trashed it and will see if it comes back i guess?
