161938 2003-07-22 06:05:00 Hi Guys Can any one give me the keyboard Shortcut for highlighting in a Word Document consisting of several pages, the CURRENT page being viewed and not the whole document. Thanks willbry (1555)
161939 2003-07-22 07:10:00 Im not aware of a keboard shortcut, however failing that you can just set view to 50%, and then select the page by dragging, takes maybe 3 seconds ;-)

161941 2003-07-22 10:53:00 Don't know of any keyboard shortcuts but if you put your cursor at the beginning of what you want highlighted, press F8 then put the cursor at the end of where you want highlighted it will all be selected.

Toggle F8 again when you want to switch it off.

161945 2003-07-23 06:58:00 Thanks Beama but I find when I scroll down it goes so fast , it highlights the next couple of pages as well in a flash . I find Susan's suggestion using F8 easier to control . Thanks all the same and thanks also Susan. to you I appreciate your help
