| 161830 | 2003-07-21 10:42:00 | I have Windows XP Home & updated my Norton Anti-Virus 2002 and it took forever to download and then I did a virus scan, went away and when I came back Windows XP crashed. Now I can't boot the computer. It cycles, even when I try to go into safe mode the starts the process but then reboots. Help - why and any suggestions? | NZHawk (4093) | ||
| 161831 | 2003-07-21 10:58:00 | If you can boot off the CD, to begin installation, it'll come up (After the second screen I believe) and say that its found a previous installation of Windows XP, and that rather than Install or Format, you can try and repair it, agree to repair it and see how it goes! | Chilling_Silently (228) | ||
