| 162500 | 2003-07-24 01:21:00 | Dpending upon what your full error messages says, and what version of Picture It, one of these two links might help: PIP2001: Error Message: Pip Caused Exception c06d007eH in Module Mhputil5.dll (support.microsoft.com) PIP2001: Error Message: Illegal Operation: Exception in MHPUTIL5.dll. A Required .dll File Missing, CPITOOL5.dll Not Found (support.microsoft.com) |

| 162502 | 2003-07-24 02:22:00 | First try a Scandisk on your PC. You can use the windows help, if unsure where/how to do it. Also, when giving problems, state the operating system you have , for example WINDOWS 98 , you can then get more "definitive" help. |
