| 162683 | 2003-07-25 03:40:00 | Photoshop asks you to decide what colorspace to use. I frequently am using my (Sony) laptop with my Sony SV55 printer (dye transfer) to print 6x4" prints when travelling. My Camera (Sony) delivers pix to photoshop that are in sRGB space. But Photshop not only gives that as an option (perfectly OK when working with an outside monitor) but also lists a 'Sony LCD_Std_D65, which might be more appropriate since I'm using the Sony LCD screen to color correct my JPG file before sending it to the printer. I'm having some problems getting the right colorbalance in my dye transfer prints, and all i want is getting the best settings so I can visually correct on my LCD screen, and get prints out of my printer that look more or less the same in density as well as colour balance as my screen. I emailed Sony's support website, but didn't get any response from them. |
