162551 2003-07-24 08:08:00 Hi guys

I was wondering, is there a program or a free scanner online that can scan my computer for missing files that enble window to work properly? Cause as some of you guys know, my internet connection doesn't seem to like to show web pages for me any more . . . :( . I think it could of been me that created the problem . I think the day before that day, I may have been deleteing some files . . . using ad-aware 6 . 0 . I remember I can to an unfamiliar file that ad-aware picked up . I selected and deleted it . And I think this was the result of it :( . A clean reformat is the last thing that I would want to do . . . . I'm using Win98Se

Thanks ^^

162552 2003-07-24 09:19:00 It may or may not help but you could try your Windows System File Checker. Have a look at this page (users.westelcom.com) and this page (www.generation.net) for information. Susan B (19)

Better yet, do a google search on that object and see whether it is known for interferring with web browsing and what other ways are recommended for removing it. If the item Ad-aware removed turns out not to be significant, at least you can eliminate that as a cause of your web browsing problem.
