162788 2003-07-25 22:13:00 TweakUI v2.10 for Windows XP Service Pack 1
Microsoft has released a new version of TweakUI.

For an overview of this 'WinXP powertoy' see Woody's WINDOWS Watch Here (www.woodyswatch.com)
...
"One very useful new feature: if you're having trouble with Windows XP dropping your Internet connection whenever you switch users, this new version of TweakUI should allow you to keep the connection going no matter how you switch users (check the box marked "Keep RAS connections after logoff" under the "Logon" settings)..."

NOTE The new version of TweakUI, v2.10.0.0, only works with Windows XP Service Pack 1 and Windows 2003 Server and is available from TweakUI 2.10.0.0 (www.microsoft.com)

Don't even try to install this version of TweakUI on Windows XP unless it has Service Pack 1. You'll get an unintelligible error message.

Enjoy,
Cheers, Babe.

162793 2003-07-26 11:44:00 Thanks as well BR.
And I have 5 different installations of XP here, and none ran slower after SP1 was applied.
I think that a slowdown is the exception more than the rule, and perhaps should be recognised as such, PoWa.....
