| 163046 | 2003-07-26 11:21:00 | Win98SE, 256M RAM, 866M processor, 17G available HD. Nero 5.5.9.13 LG CD-RW CED8080D ROM I can't burn *.wav files (trying to archive old audio. No, I don't want mp3, thanks) with Nero. Can burn photo libraries and text etc. OK. The same ROM drive burns *.wav OK when using "HotBurn" and same type CD's. *.wav files are created using Nero Wave Editor. When attempting the burn process, at any speed, and by either "Test and Burn" or just "Test", the following messages occur. "Simulation started" "Reset occurred" "Track following error" "Could not perform end of Disc-At-Once" "Simulation failed at (whatever speed tried)" Have tried several types of CD (make and size) Anybody out there able to point me to a fix?? old_a_g |

| 163050 | 2003-07-26 12:52:00 | There are five different .wav forms are u sure u created the .wav forms that are labbled (windows , PCM)? Try using a program like cool edit pro to encode to .wav then try burning in single session or even a mixed mode cd. cheers, v.K |
