Shipping is only a small fraction of the cost. Where I work, shipping good in is around 2%, say $2,500 worth of goods costs $50 to get shipped. Lets say the price increases a grand whopping total of 5% as a result of the *raw* gas prices. That means what was $50 is now $52.50. Market prices go up and down, exchange rates go up and down, sometimes more than that in a day. Not worth bothering with. |
