1319354 2012-12-20 20:07:00 Some pretty tricky flying and speed control with a descent from around 9,000ft I'm picking.

HERE (www.liveleak.com)

Skip to 2:30 for the landing.

Soundhound says the music is "Sail" by AWOLNATION from the Megalithic Symphony album.

I have no idea what the aircraft is.

Hope you enjoy it.

1319357 2012-12-20 20:24:00 That was great, thanks Wal. Not much room for error there ah :) I noticed right at the end the parachutists were just landing so he bet them down. Iantech (16386)
1319358 2012-12-20 22:44:00 f*** me dead, that's awesome!!! 100% awesome flying (although it's hulluva dangerous way to get in :p) Hell he even bet the sky divers (although they probably pulled their chutes before 1000ft)

Can't wait till I finish my degree and can spend all my savings getting into their air.

1319359 2012-12-20 23:48:00 Turboprops,Negative pitch and you fall out of the sky

Went up in the jump seat of a Cresco years ago to 10,000ft on jump run, negative pitch and point it at the ground and just hanging in the straps

Landed at the same time as the jumpers

1319360 2012-12-21 00:09:00 Nothing wrong with that ... great fun !! Had worse than that going into Wellington ... :D SP8's (9836)
1319361 2012-12-21 00:57:00 As Lawrence mentioned I have seen a Pilatus Porter come vertically down after dropping parachutists. Not to sure whether they use negative pitch or reverse pitch.
