| 163832 | 2003-07-30 03:13:00 | I would like to publicly thank SusanB for the help she has given me with the problem I was having with Word 2002. I couldn'd get the formatting to work properly. She came up with the idea of replacing the Normal.dot file. I found I had several copies of this. By deleting them all and then letting Word write a new one, all my troubles disappeared. Thanks Sue.
