I have had trouble getting into paradise mail around lunchtime today, OE kept timing out & I have paradise cable. I also notice that the paradise usage page seems to be the slowest page on the net. | 163564 | 2003-07-29 10:07:00 | Hi Steve I used to subscribe to Telstra - the connections were great, the help desk superb. Then they acquired Clear, and from there it was all downhill starting when I think they rationalised the hardware and people, by using Clear ghardware and people in Auckland. Connections at times were down to an abysmal 800 bps (I kid you not). For what it's worth - that was around a year ago this happened. |
