| 163973 | 2003-07-30 11:27:00 | I am using Netscape Mail off Netscape 7.02. I have lost a 3month period of emails unexpectedly. I don't believe I have deleted them. Anyone else had the same problem? I have tried to look at the email database files but very difficult to view them in a separate program. Does anyone know of a program that can view raw email database files (.snm etc) from both Netscape and Outlook? Netscape mail and where it puts all the files seems to be very complicated. Does anyone know of any good website addresses that explains the layout and placement of the various files associated with Netscape Mail? Also regarding transferring emails between programs (Outlook and Netscape) when there is no obvious import option for that particular version. Thanks. |

| 163974 | 2003-07-30 14:31:00 | Mozilla\Your Profile Name\WhatEver.slt\Mail You will usually find this under your Windows directory if using the defaults. All the years I have used Netscape I have not had your problem. I do not know of any way of exchanging emails between the two programs. |
