| 164582 | 2003-08-01 23:43:00 | I am using windows me. When I start my computer a small error box appears, it reads "reg filter has caused and error in symiconv.dll reg filter will now close". After clicking on it a few times it goes away and I can use my computer. What is reg filter and symiconv.dll and how do I fix this problem? |
