I have had Works2000 installed to solve it, and it is brilliant, as there is other features of much use to me in there. Mu apologies to everyone who typed so much advice, but I had to get it sorted quickly...unfortunately my particular field of expertise isn't computers..as you picked up long, long ago..he he.
