| 165178 | 2003-08-04 05:43:00 | I'm just doing my daily tracking of our company's internet usage with Telecom's usage meter...which hasn't updated itself since before midnight last night. Ain't technology wonderful. And yes, of course I have refreshed my browser :) Just feel that it's wayyyy past time for a major overhaul of thier tracking system... |

| 165180 | 2003-08-04 22:10:00 | HI Jimbo Hey sometimes it does update itself every hour, which is great. But (for me) the majority is from 3 hours to (at the most so far) 26 hours. Just felt that this tracking system is really a let down. You can't download old histories, no graphs, no comparison of uploads and downloads, no nothing - just current total usage and previous months' totals. And this is with the statement "Welcome to the new-look JetStream usage meter". Wow, and to think I've been using the old-look one and never knew it (becuase they look the same!). Cheers |
