I hope it does, as this problem has been frustrating for you, and also I imagine for the many posters, who have given you sound and accurate advice. It's all to do with file associations, as explained. i.e. Set the .doc files to be 'opened with' MSWord, (Winword), rather than wordpad. Hopefully the reinstallation may do this, or allow you to do it. Goodluck. |
