166050 2003-08-07 11:59:00 Is anyone aware of a program which I can download which will remove absolutely every last trace of old drivers from my system??

I seem to be the owner of an FX5900 Ultra which will only bench around 14,000 on 3dMark2001. :(

166052 2003-08-09 00:45:00 Hey Lo, I thought 3D Mark removes any driver optimisations for the card? Hence it would be testing its hardware rendering only? Or maybe thats a special setting.. PoWa (203)
166053 2003-08-09 00:46:00 Hmmm... I dunno?? Either way, I was expecting 17,000+ marks on 3DMark2001... and I'm only getting 15,000...

Not sure if that's what I should be expecting or not...

166054 2003-08-09 00:47:00 Oh and this (www.str8buy.com) is the card... any reason why there's a red version, and an ugly reference board version too??

166056 2003-08-29 03:17:00 Hehe... yeah... I did some more testing, and tweaking... fresh install of XP Pro as well helped my CPU... now I'm getting close to 7,000 on 3DMark03... :)

166057 2003-08-29 06:54:00 Lohsing can you send me the tool you used to remove all traces of the nvida drivers. I tried the same program and it just crashes with application error - however that might be related to the other problem I'm having- or the file I download is corrupted. PoWa (203)
