| 165771 | 2003-08-06 10:46:00 | Thanks for your reply.I thought I may be the scanner.I will uninstall the software and reload it.I think I have to disconnect the scanner reinstall the software then connect the scanner again The scanner is USB and I have had trouble with the computer not being able to find the scanner in the past. | kings (2729) | ||
