| 166681 | 2003-08-10 23:25:00 | I am trying to transfer a database from Symantec Act ( a dbf file) to Outlook or Word 2000 so I can arrange a mail merge form letter. When trying to import/export the database a message comes up stating the database translator cannot recognise the file. I'm using Windows XP. Any suggestions out there?? |

| 166682 | 2003-08-10 23:47:00 | Well my Outlook (2002) tells me it recognises that file type, so I guess it may have something to do with version compatibility. Perhaps you could save the file into another format that your Outlook recognises, then try the Import again? | Greg S (201) | ||
