| 166514 | 2003-08-10 04:35:00 | Hi Can anyone tell me to get an update of the free version of firewall, (which my computer tells me there is an update) do I need to uninstall older version first and then download the newer one. Please? Thank you |

Nope, zonelab should download it by it self( ones you tell it to) & update the current version. Hope this sort of help |

| 166516 | 2003-08-10 04:45:00 | If you click on the "get update" link it will take you to the ZoneLabs site. From there you can download the latest version to your hard drive. Once downloaded you can either install over the existing version or install from scratch. Installing over your existing version will allow the current access settings to remain. There is pros and cons for both styles of install, but installing over the existing version and retaining settings will be the easiest :) |
