Motherboard MSI P43 Neo3-F LGA 775
CPU Intel Pentium E5200
Videocard Powercolor AX4870 512MB
RAM Crucial 2GB DDR2/800
Hard Drive Western Digital Caviar SE WD3200AAJS
Optical Drive Samsung SH-S223F
Case + Power Supply Rosewill TU-155 II 500 Black
Is it OK or need to update anything?

2GB is pretty lame these days, bump it up to at least 4Gb, 8 is better yet.

The GPU is old, but if budget was a consideration, you got an excellent old card, and sometimes last years...or whatever....is better than this years low end, for sure.

I'd change the PSU to a known quality brand though.
Corsair, Antec or Enermax.

1319579 2012-12-21 10:11:00 DDR2 can be expensive. I would wait for a cpu + motherboard + ram update an do it all in one to get the cheaper/newer DDR3 ram. icow (15313)
