| 1345036 | 2013-06-07 23:47:00 | Here's one that Google cant answer! I have a large DVD collection and I have to constantly convert the movie length's from "minutes" to the more comprehensible Hours and minutes. My mental resources are maximized; any unnecessary load is to be avoided. That is why I am looking for a way to do the conversion from something like 257 minutes to 4:17 Hours & minutes. Does anybody know how this can be done in a vary few steps? |

Its simple maths really, take the minutes divide by 60 = hours/minutes, and in reverse hrs+minutes X 60 will give you the minutes. OR If you want to be accurate theres MANY free converters available - Heres one (www.calculateme.com) same site minutes to hours Minutes To Hours (www.calculateme.com) |

That should have told you that I had already checked out those sites. That first link of yours goes to a site that gives hours and tenths of hours. It would have been better if you hadn't wasted our time on something you hadn't checked out first.:) |

The way you wanted it, is simple to work out even without the use of a calculator or any other such functions, simple maths . Ever think the reason you cant find the answers as you wanted on google is because its giving false real times . highlighted in the quote -- Who died and made you the supreme leader of everything . |
