| 167328 | 2003-08-12 20:58:00 | Recently, on a particular web page, my mouse sometimes freezes when I scroll down often the text also turns to mush, a bit like some code, and I have to reboot. Never struck this before, although the mouse has sometimes frozen and have to reboot. Use Explorer 5 and Windows 95 and would appreciate any info. |

Some people might say that you are running "obsolete" software. "Advanced" web site programming might cause problems, because there is an widely held (and wrong) assumption that "everyone" has the most up-to-date hardware and software. |
