| 167207 | 2003-08-12 11:55:00 | We operate Netware 5 ,win 95 and 98, and use jetstream We recently reloaded the original win 95 onto an older PC (Compaq). It works well in the Novell environment, and email works (though it is receiving from the server not the net). However it will not connect to the Internet. I have compared network settings and drivers with other PCs on the network and cannot see anything different and have no idea why it does not work. Has anyone got any bright ideas. |

| 167208 | 2003-08-12 12:23:00 | What error messages are you getting (if any?) Are you using Novell BorderManager? Have you set the browser to look at the IP number of the BorderManager server? |

| 167209 | 2003-08-13 01:20:00 | Thanks JohnD. No error messages - just the standard "can't find the website you are requesting " page. We are not using BorderManager and none of the boxes are ticked on the LAN settings page. We have numerous other machines accessing the net under the same conditions.
