| 167623 | 2003-08-14 05:06:00 | First you want to make sure that you don't have it.. Have a look at www.sarc.com it's on their list on the main page, click on it and get the FixBlast tool/program.. Run it.. And when it comes up and hopefully says W32.Blaster.Worm was not found on your machine, it'll then ask if you want to install the Security pacth and send you to the download site for it. Simple. :o) |

| 167625 | 2003-08-14 05:24:00 | securityresponse.symantec.com W32.Blaster.B.Worm and W32.Blaster.C.Worm are making the rounds too, as far as I know, this tool should remove all variations of W32.Blaster.Worm.. But I may be wrong. |

| 167628 | 2003-08-15 01:31:00 | Agreed! :-) You can get the URL for the patches (All affected OS's) from http://www.rescueman.tk Also has other tools to remove the worm there should you want to pass the URL on to friends who cant copy and paste the above URL mentioned to get the fix :-) |
