| 167766 | 2003-08-14 09:32:00 | Hi one and all. In the present frenzy re the dreaded "worm" , how do you tell and where do you find, what revision/service pack your operating system is at. In Control Panel, System, General tab, I can see I have XPPro Version 2002 but not the revision/service pack . Any ideas please HH |

If it had a service pack you would know it because it would say "Service Pack 1". For the list of any security updates you've installed you can check them in the add/remove programs |

| 167769 | 2003-08-14 21:57:00 | Re Original message I have looked in add/remove programs and can see Win XPPRO SP1 and XPP Hot Fix but this is not reflected in the Control Panel , Ststem, General Tab. I am assuming that these have been installed and running , but will check with the MS site to confirm. Thanks for the replies HH |
